As of the 2010 United States Census, there were 211,033 people, 90,903 households, and 57,597 families residing in the county. The population density was 26.0 inhabitants per square mile (10.0/km²). There were 110,432 housing units at an average density of 13.6 per square mile (5.3/km²). The racial makeup of the county was 89.3% white, 1.7% American Indian, 0.8% Asian, 0.6% black or African American, 0.1% Pacific islander, 4.9% from other races, and 2.5% from two or more races. Those of Hispanic or Latino origin made up 13.6% of the population.
